Refund policy
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. Items may be held at your local post office for duty and tax collection.
London Lions is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in shipment or in customs. We cannot refund these items and suggest you file a claim with the transportation provider.
We do not ship to foreign U.S. military bases; diplomatic addresses; P.O. boxes; or addresses designated as APO, FPO, or DPO.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note this excludes customized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service at shop@thelondonlions.com and instructions will be provided on how and where to process your return. London Lions does not provide return shipping labels and it is the customer's responsibility to deliver items they wish to have a refund/exchange for. If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service to review.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international purchases.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
